Reservations and Payments

Reservations made through StayPalmera.com are subject to availability and confirmation.

By making a reservation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information

• Comply with the rules of the property and community where the property is located

• Respect all applicable laws and regulations during your stay

Direct booking payments — Diamante Azurea

For new website reservations, 50% of the total is collected at booking. The outstanding balance is charged automatically 7 days before check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment at booking. Your checkout shows the actual amounts and charge dates. After booking, you may settle the scheduled balance early using the payment link in your secure guest portal.

Short-stay cancellation — 27 nights or fewer

Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. From 7 days to less than 14 days before check-in, 50% of the stay cost is retained. Less than 7 days before check-in, the stay cost is non-refundable. The stay cost includes accommodation and any cleaning fee, excluding taxes. Taxes are refunded for cancellations received before check-in. After check-in, no refund is due except where required by applicable law.

24-hour grace period

You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of confirmation if the reservation was originally confirmed at least 7 days before check-in. This exception takes priority over the normal cancellation deadlines.

Deadlines use the property's local check-in time in Aruba (America/Aruba), shown in your confirmation. For Diamante Azurea, check-in is at 3:00 pm. Cancellation percentages refer to the total stay cost, not just the deposit. Payments already made are credited against the amount retained, and any excess is refunded. A refund cannot exceed the amount paid.

To request cancellation, contact info@staypalmera.com with your reservation reference. Palmera Retreats reviews and processes applicable refunds, including grace-period and tax refunds.

For stays of 28 nights or more, the cancellation terms presented during booking apply. Existing reservations retain the payment and cancellation terms accepted when booked. These updated provisions apply to new direct reservations confirmed after publication on October 6, 2026.

Guests agree to use the rental property responsibly and in accordance with all house rules provided prior to arrival.

Guests are responsible for:

• Any damage caused during their stay

• Compliance with community rules and regulations

• Respecting occupancy limits and noise policies

Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.
